Junior DevOps Engineer / Intern

The DevOps Intern /Junior may work within the sprint development teams, DevOps department in creating technical solutions for our internal and external projects.

• Work together with the development team to resolve problems with infrastructure and software deployments
• Assist in managing and maintaining cloud-based infrastructure and services
• Create and maintain scripts and automation tools to simplify infrastructure administration and software deployment
• Monitoring and maintaining system security
• Web Server environment setup with Nginx/Apache
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems and applications, networks, printers
• Troubleshooting basic system and network problems
• Diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults and replacing parts as required
• Maintain the inventory systems and make sure it is up-to-date

• Good communication skills in Khmer and English (speaking and writing)
• Basic experience with Linux system
• An understanding of cloud-based infrastructure and services, such as Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure
• Understanding of software development processes and tools, such as continuous integration and delivery
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Automation tools (e.g: Ansible, Helm Chart,...)
• Virtualization and Containerization
• Knowledge of scripting languages, including Python and Bash (a plus)
