Sales Manager

Job Summary

To lead the Sales function in achieving the company's targets through generating new business and maintaining existing customers in our strategic markets. This role is based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.


  • Responsible for the sales strategy for the local market and international sales to achieve current and growth targets in support of the company's goals
  • Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients 
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts and close business in order to secure long term clients who share our passion for social impact through technology, skills development and innovation
  • Ensure appropriate documentation of activities, outcomes, provide analysis of trends and make recommendations 
  • Responsible for leading the Sales Team in an Agile environment
  • Analyze and monitor client expectations and recommend changes in procedures to improve client satisfaction 
  • Collaborate with the Production and Marketing Departments as needed to respond to existing and new opportunities

Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience leading a sales function with a demonstrated track record of exceptional sales volume, ideally in an international B2B sales organization in the area of software development
  • Experience managing diverse customers including Cambodian government ministries, NGOs and international organizations a plus
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken (Khmer or German language skills a plus)
  • Proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Ability to present confidently at all hierarchical levels
  • Willingness to lead an international team and support our social mission
  • Solution-oriented, creative, self-confident and professional appearance, winning personality
