To achieve the company's targets through generating new business and maintaining existing customers in strategic markets that align with the Web Essentials Sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities of the role:
- Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients in the target market
- Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts and close business in order to secure long term clients who share our passion for social impact through technology, skills development and innovation
- Ensure appropriate documentation of activities, outcomes, provide analysis of trends and make recommendations
- Analyze and monitor client expectations and recommend changes in procedures to improve client satisfaction
- Collaborate on products, concepts and strategies with other members in the Sales Team, contribute to marketing campaigns
- Cooperate with the Production Department as needed to respond to existing and new opportunities
Experience, qualifications, and skills
- Demonstrated track record in sales, ideally in an international B2B sales organization in the area of software development
- Experience managing diverse customers including Cambodian government ministries, NGOs and international organizations a plus
- Ability to communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken (Khmer or German language skills a plus)
- Proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Ability to present confidently at all hierarchical levels
- Willingness to work in an international team and support our social mission
