International Sales Manager

Job Summary

Build a strong sales department by generating new business and maintaining existing customers in our strategic markets. Responsible for sales strategy, methods, tools and processes. Own acquisition through direct customer contact.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the sales strategy and the achievement of the sales target
  • Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients in the target market
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts and close business
  • Customer-oriented accompaniment of projects in close cooperation with project management
  • Ensure appropriate documentation of activities, provide analysis of trends and make recommendations
  • Responsible for leading the sales team in an agile environment

Skills and Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in an international B2B sales organization in the area of software development with network in Switzerland
  • Ability to build and maintain a suitable KPI set
  • Practical and conceptual experience in marketing and sales automation
  • Ready to travel around 25% of the time in Switzerland and Germany (day trips)
  • Ability to present confidently at all hierarchical levels
  • Willingness to lead an international team and support our social mission
  • Solution-oriented, self-confident and competent appearance, winning personality
  • Oral and written business fluent in German and English
